Some Internet users say that the Vivo Fiber internet service continues to work, but with problems with TV transmission. Others do not get the connection.
In addition to the lack of service, Vivo customers also complain about the operator's service. "I've been on the phone for over 30 minutes and I can't resolve it," said an internet user. Another reported that he cannot even contact the company.
The Estado de Minas contacted Vivo, which said it identified an instability in equipment on its network, which may have caused difficulties in using the services. The operator also informed that a technical team has already solved the problem and that the services are gradually being resumed.
